customers to transition from the SpeedFactory network to the Abraxis
Networks network. Abraxis Networks will expedite its provisioning
process, and in most cases will be able to have DSL service restored
within 24 hours or less.
All other services provided by SpeedFactory will
remain in place, and there will be no need to transfer those services.
